Inspirational Patience In Network Marketing

You may desire a positive leadership skills and team building principles to implement in your Network Marketing also to be a great team leader who build people and also build your business. Leadership principles need to be courageously learned with passion and the MLM industry is a platform for you to grow your leadership skills not only to make money alone.

Patience is defined as the ability to handle the passing of time in other word is the capacity to accept or tolerate delay, problems, or suffering without becoming annoyed or anxious.

In Network marketing, you need to cultivate this ability in order to be successful. Why because it takes time to make money in network marketing as in many other businesses. 

For example, it takes 5 years to break-in even in a traditional business. It takes 3 months to plant and harvest maize, but it takes about 3 years to plant and start harvesting cocoa. Do you now see why cocoa is more valuable than maize?

But for some strange reason, when people start Network Marketing they want to start making money today, I mean right away. This is not possible. If you want to make money today, today in Network Marketing then you have to GoPro do "By-Day ".

Unfortunately, by day can't give you financial freedom. So if you want to harvest cocoa, you need to clear the land, plant, weed and or spray the farm for good three (3) years. In the first year, you get nothing except the hope of harvesting the cocoa in 3 years. The second year too you get nothing. Even in the 3rd year of the harvest. But from the 4th year as the cocoa trees grow bigger with many branches, your harvest increases and you make more money. You need the same level of Patience to build your Network Marketing business. 

In the process of building and patiently waiting, many people will make fun of you. They will look down upon you, mock you even reject you with passion. They will laugh at you and describe you as someone who has no vision, someone who lack what to do, and someone who is mad even wishing you dead because of your courage. But when this happens to you, please thank God and don’t you give up and keep moving, keep going and keep pushing until the miracle happen. Always be happy because you are just one step to make it happen.

Have it in mind that is a normal thing in Network Marketing but most Networkers painfully quit or quickly jump to another company and start afresh. You don't need to do that. All you need to do is to know that you are like a "Cocoa Farmer" and it takes a while to start harvesting cocoa. And when you start harvesting you will realize that all the hard work, sleepless nights, sacrifices, persistent with courage and patience is worth it.
